What we collect for the newsletter

  • Subscription and consent records (e.g., signup page/source, time/date of signup, confirmation status, and—where permitted—IP address), which we may retain to demonstrate compliance and honor your choices.

How we send newsletters

We use Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp) to manage subscriptions and deliver emails. Mailchimp processes personal information on our behalf as a service provider/processor under its terms and data processing addendum.

Double opt-in (recommended)

Email analytics and tracking (opens/clicks)

Our emails may include tracking technologies such as a small transparent image (a “tracking pixel”) and tracked links. When enabled, these help us understand email engagement (for example, whether an email was opened and which links were clicked) so we can measure performance and improve content. Some email providers may limit the accuracy of open tracking.

You can limit some email tracking by disabling images in your email client, using privacy features in your email software, or choosing not to click tracked links. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent for certain tracking.

Unsubscribing and managing preferences
